Jimmy Smith from Hance’s is a pleasure to work with. He clearly diagnosed the problem with my undercarriage and even implemented a temporary solution that allowed me to drive my car. When I brought the car in for service, Jimmy was able to complete all the repairs within the time promised. His work is of the highest quality and at a very good price. I highly recommend bringing your car to Hance’s if you need body work done. You won’t be disappointed.

We had to get the glass roof on our Tesla repaired, and the experience exceeded our expectations. When we got the car back, it honestly looked brand new. Jason and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. What really stood out was their after-service — it’s absolutely incredible. This is not one of those transactional businesses where the care stops once payment is made. They genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. Hance’s is the best most thorough body shop in town! I just got my 2018 X5 back from them replacing my back bumper and was heading to the airport for a weekend trip. I decided to back into my parking space in the garage which turned out to be a huge mistake. I did not see the “I” beam sticking out of the concrete for the second level and backed into it! Man what a way to ruin a trip! I called John at Hance’s while I was waiting for my flight. He told me not to worry he would take care of it when I got back. I had the utmost confidence because I just got it back from them. Dropped it off as soon as I got back and in just 5 days he was handling me my keys back. The car was perfect again! Just unbelievable work and paint match!!!! I am so freaky about my cars being perfect and when I tell you it looks perfect I mean it looks perfect! Thank you Hance’s for taking a little stress out of my life worrying every day about my car getting damaged! I know whatever happens you guys will take care
