The vehicle was in excellent condition and importantly did not smell of smoke. The return process was seamless, they were very accommodating when I asked to return the rental two hours late. I was met by an excellent representative Becca, who was very capable and courteous, mind you this was at 1 AM. My experience with the rental from national Is once again an outstanding one!
