The Canaima team is excellent - I have only great things to say! They painted the exterior of my home and deck this week. The deck was problematic, but they solved the problems. Owner Rafael Perez is so knowledgeable, easy to work with, communicated at every stage of the process and showed up to check progress. His team led by foreman Marvin was exceptionally attuned to detail; they were professional, efficient, and did great work! I'm very happy with the job they did and how they did it:). I highly recommend them.

Their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy throughout the process. They maintained a friendly demeanor and left the premises clean and tidy as if they had never been there. I truly appreciate their efforts and would gladly recommend their services. They repaired some rotten wood, replaced a few siding pieces, fixed several siding on the chimney, painted it to match my shutters and doors, and pressure-washed the driveway and front entrance. The team at Canaima Restoration did a fantastic job on my 75 year old cedar shake siding bugalow. They performed several repairs on some of the cedar shakes which comprise most of the siding on my house. They were the ONLY company that did not try to upsell me to reside my entire house when only a few repairs were needed. They cleaned and prepped the whole house and deck and then painted the whole house, deck and metal rails. No drips, smears or mess left behind! We are VERY pleased with all aspects of the project. I am about to use them on a second house we own.

Rafael and his team came out last week and completed an excellent kitchen cabinets paint job at my house. They were super careful with the prep work of covering our floors and cabinet “bases”. They did this during a snow storm (where Atlanta locks down…lol). They adjusted in the middle of the project when I decided I wanted to do two colors, one for the base and one for the top cabinets. Rafael brought me a pallet of colors to help me decide on what colors I wanted and so I could lay it against my new flooring. Once they were done and I reviewed everything, Rafael came over and kindly fixed my garbage disposal (when he was recovering from being sick). He and his crew went above and beyond! I plan to have him paint our outside siding and work on our other house. They are the best! I am looking for more things that they can help me with. They are people you can trust!

The Canaima team did a wonderful job on painting my house. Rafael is quick to respond and all the work was done exactly to the schedule promised (first time for me working with a contractor)! They repaired many pieces of rotted wood, many of which I wasn't even aware of. This is a very professionally run and very honest company. I wasn’t sure if refinishing our front door was worth it, but Doorstain proved me wrong. The crew was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly. Watching them strip the old finish, sand, and apply a beautiful stain was almost mesmerizing. When the project was complete, the door looked polished, vibrant, and fully renewed. We had a truly excellent experience with the team at Canaima Restorations and Paint. We hired them to paint our whole house and they worked extremely efficiently while still being so meticulous about covering and protecting our floors and all of our furniture. They also put every rug, lamp, frame, decorative item, etc. back EXACTLY like they found it before leaving each day. You get a dedicated project manager who comes each morning before work begins and each evening before the team leaves for the day. They really care about providing the highest standard of service throughout the entire process. Me and my husband both work from home but the Canaima team wasn’t disruptive whatsoever. They were a pleasure to have in our home. The quality and value of work was exceptional and we couldn’t recommend them more!
