I'm very impressed with my appointment with Anthony M yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he sat down with me to explain the options and cost. I was very thankful for him and his demeanor. As a young woman doing this on her own, it's hard to find people to trust, much less someone to sit down with you on your couch and explain everything in detail, down to the verbiage (I know what pitting means now!). I got a little overwhelmed by the cost and amount of work that needed repair, and he comforted me like a friend while remaining very professional (I do have fairly bad anxiety). Anthony also mentioned multiple times throughout his time here that he loves his job and he loves his boss, which made me comfortable working with them ethically. I am a local, I enjoy working with locals and Mom & Pop's vs large, franchised corps & hearing how happy he is there as an employee, made me more comfortable moving forward with them. Anthony was the Maintance guy that serviced my ac unit today and all I can say is so far from this company Anthony by far has been the best guy… He explained everything step by step. Very respectful (his parents did an amazing job raising him) made sure I understood and was ok with everything he was doing. He was also friendly but professional at the same time. Asked about any concerns or issues that I had. He was here for less than 2 hrs He did his job and kept it moving (He did not waste no time how most workers do when getting pd by the hr.) He did not lagigag to waste time.So Anthony keep up the amazing job you are doing and I hope you will continue to be the only one to come to my house when called again for maintenance work… I’ll turn the other person away if it’s not you (🤣🤣) Anthony I can’t express it enough on how great you were today.. I can't say enough about my experience with Our Place Air & Home. We've had a number of different technicians out to our home over the past few weeks trying to get a problematic system fixed. Theodore and others came out and did some great work, but in the end, we needed to replace the whole unit. Joshua wasn't pushy with my options when we settled on replacement, offering several systems at various price points. When Jose and Luis arrived for the install, they were prompt, respectful, quiet, and informative. I couldn't recommend this company or these gentleman any higher.
