I enjoyed everything on that plate. The green beans, oh my God! The dressing, delicious, the salmon, perfect. I didn't eat the corn (because my daughter snatched it) so I can't give a review on it. I hired Chef Tasha for a group dinner to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious (and plentiful)! She worked with me to make sure the menu would have plenty of options to accommodate my guests’ various dietary needs (e.g., gluten allergy, vegetarian, no pork) yet provide the full NOLA experience.
