Mr. Dwayne came out to service, clean, etc the units at the home I am a caregiver at. He was so pleasant and funny! The 91 yro that I work for loved him. I was impressed with his interaction and patience explaining everything to her in a way she could grasp, including showing her before and after photos of the work completed. I was also impressed at his work and the care he took not to leave any messes behind for me to clean. I would 100% recommend asking for Dwayne to be your technician!

Excellent service tech!!! Dominic was extremely thorough, quick but efficient and was more than understanding of my phone meeting. He worked quietly and provided me information needed on upkeep, analysis, next steps and recommendations. My unit no longer sounds as though someone’s rattling pots and pans in the attic lol! If ever you’re in need of AC/ heating & Air…Busby’s is pretty awesome!! Highly recommend!!

2 March 2026 - Busby’s Technician, Nate Smith, just completed my Annual HVAC Maintenance. He arrived on schedule, identified himself, and explained everything he was going to do with our HVAC system. We even discussed some optional HVAC accessories that I had learned about via the internet. He was very knowledgeable about all the items and we chose the Pro Treat Pan Strip for now, with consideration for an Attic Access Cover at a later date. The work was completed in a very professional manner. When completed, Nate sat down with us, showing photographs of all the services provided. It was refreshing to be serviced by someone who was so meticulous and personable at the same time….Hats off to Nate and Busby’s!!!

We restarted our member plan today, and Kyle came out to inspect and clean our unit. He was very helpful and informative, and provided us with information that will likely save us money over time. He also spotted some stuff while handling the cleaning of our system that will likely end up saving us hundreds in diagnostic fees. Great experience all around!

Busby’s is phenomenal! After working with Joseph, who meticulously collected measurements to find the right units for me, Francisco and Tevin installed a new Air Conditioner and Furnace to replace my 40-year-old units. They were extremely professional and friendly, working to ensure the new units fit in my old spaces. A couple months later, after communicating an issue with my Furnace, knowing the temperature would soon reach into the 20’s, Busby’s promptly sent out Kyle to troubleshoot my issue. He was extremely thorough and proactive. Soon after, Joseph, Dwayne, Jim, Richard, and Dylan returned to run diagnostics and repair my furnace. They all went above and beyond to not only quickly resolve my issue, but ensure there would be no issues going forward. Absolutely outstanding customer service, the likes of which I’ve never experienced. It doesn’t get any better than that. I look forward to maintaining a relationship with Busby’s . . . such an excellent company!

Very Grateful for Busby's! Top notch hospitality, explanations of how everything works on the unit, the thermostat, and how to monitor it. They cleaned up after their selves, they stayed all day. Service was exceptional from booking the service app with Mr. Dwayne, to the service with the two techs Fransico & Torron, to me giving the payment which was smooth, to the last second the techs left. I called the business one day as well and even the receptionist Ayonna had customer service that was top notch. She was also polite and executed my needs and got my questions answered. We are happy to have a new furnace for our youth center. We look forward to doing business again with busbys! I highly recommend the business!
