Burnells is a wonderful place. I have had repairs done on my wedding band. Today, I needed batteries replaced in my watches. It wasn't just replacing the batteries but inspecting the insides and replacing a gasket. This took a little time.I had the pleasure of speaking with Ariana. What a wonderful young lady. Today I walked into Burnells’s. I was there to fix a clasp on a bracelet left to me by my late sister-in-law. It was special to me. Found out it was gold plated, but it was repaired to my complete satisfaction. Ariana helped me and you know what she said when I found out? What a special gift you have. That meant the world to me. I then decided to buy a pair of gorgeous earrings that she so graciously helped me with. She then offered to clean my necklaces and bracelets. She made me feel so special and glad I walked in there on a whim. Thank you Ariana.

I've been a customer of Burnell's for several years. I inherited several pieces of jewelry, some of which were custom made. In order to insure them, they all needed new appraisals. Robin worked with me to get the appraisals I needed. I recently decided to upgrade the diamond in my wedding set. Sean took time to show me several great choices. Once I made my choice, it took less than 10 days to get the diamond switched in my ring and to have a necklace made from my original diamond. Sean also helped me create a new custom wedding band with a single diamond for my husband that turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Burnell's. You won't be disappointed!

Can’t say enough good things about Nathan and the folks here. We had some nice pieces from my mother who passed away, she wanted us to repurpose them and create new items for our daughters. We were intimidated by the process and didn’t want to make bad choices with such important items. I reached out to Nathan and he had us come in, spent lots of time walking us through options, and put us under no pressure to make any decisions. We ended up creating a couple of brand new pieces, and repurposed the other items. We recieved more than fair credit for items we didn’t end up using, and are walking away with amazing new pieces for our girls. We have purchased a couple of additional things and are now lifelong customers. Highly recommend, can’t thank them all enough for our experience.

Burnell’s has absolutely wonderful customer service, very polite and knowledgeable employees, and they did a wonderful job adjusting and polishing both my husband and I’s wedding bands. I ended up needing mine tweaked just a quarter size smaller than I initially thought and the gentleman graciously assisted me, and got the ring ready in time for our wedding even though I spoke up much too late. Great place all around and although I was there just to get some bands resized I couldn’t help but notice how beautiful the jewelry was that they had in stock/ on display. Great place for gifts.
