He was very personable and did a thorough check of both the attic and roof without high-pressure sales like I got from other companies. He got back to me quickly with a detailed estimate. Once the job got started, my point people Linda Guidos, Deidy Shields, and Bradley, my project manager were all really responsive and kept things moving along smoothly. After the new roof was in, I was upgrading my electrical service, and there was a question about whether the electrician had broken the seal around the electrical mast. Bradley came back out to check it at no additional charge.
