I orginally was frustrated because my delivery slipped but luckily I called and got Daniel. He asked for my order and then called the warehouse personally. We were in constant communication and he was able to have my furniture delivered within 3 days!! The customer service is excellent from the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile and a hello. Their prices are pretty good, and you can Cash & Carry same day usually. This would be a place if you were looking for furniture or mattresses at a discounted rate but still have quality. I didn't end up buying a mattress from them which is what I went to look for but have bought mattresses from them in the past, and they have good quality mattresses.

Just received delivery of my Ashley loveseat and sofa. It's more sturdy than my other couches I bought from Bob's Discount Furniture. More support. I urge anyone looking for furniture to check out Brothers Furniture Warehouse. Saed was the best. He took care of me and gave me a great deal. they have a wide selection of furniture and if you dont see something you want just ask.there is also the catalog or website they will show a very wide selection of furniture.i bought this leather recliner for my wife and a custom dining room table for my daughter and it was enjoyed.the only thing I had a problem with was the wait time but both were being made from scratch and to have good quality it takes time.

I have been getting mattresses for my daughters for years at Brothers. When my daughter furnished her first apartment we went to Brothers and were satisfied with the results. I recently went to get a bedroom set from a big box store and the deal went bad because the guy told me the pieces I wanted were available, stated I had to come into the store as the transactions could not be done over the phone. I went in the following week and the set was discontinued by the manufacturer as per the sales man. I found out who the manufacturer was, went directly on their website locating what I wanted and there was a tab to find a distributor and low and behold Brothers Furniture Warehouse popped up. I called Danny and confirmed that was a manufacturer they dealt with, he said yes and I made a visit to Brothers. I recently ordered furniture from Brothers furniture Warehouse, as recent as last week. It was such a smooth process from the beginning to the end. When I first walked into the warehouse, the owner was super friendly, he walked around the store with me and asked me what was my style of furniture. Very down to earth man. I figured the furniture would take long since I ordered a three piece bedroom set for myself along with box springs, two bed frames , beds and box springs for my kids …the furniture was delivered yesterday! The delivery guys were super professional and friendly. They also work fast, they had everything up within an hour and a half ! Last but not least , the furniture is STURDY. Thick. It holds up well, you can tell. I bought a sectional from here 3 years ago that I still have and it looks great and still holds up fine. I highly recommend anyone shopping here for furniture.
