So thankful I found Mike!! My hard drive stopped working and it had all of my photos from travels/life that I hadn’t backed up anywhere else. Mike didn’t over promise me and said he can try his hardest, or refer me Elsewhere. I went ahead and told him to try and he messaged me a day later that he was successful. Amazing. Huge relief. He was professional, transparent and educated me! Would highly recommend.

If you have taken care of your legacy computer or if it’s simply a legacy computer that means the world to you, and you need someone that will respect and care for your computer then Mike and his team will do right by you! My 2008 Sony VAIO all-in-one computer has been a workhorse for me since grad school and as much as I cared of it, it needed professional TLC– and that is exactly what Mike gave it! He took care of the fans so my computer no longer made a grinding sound or overheat anymore. Now, after one week of monitoring my rejuvenated computer’s performance, I’m elated to give the highest recommendation possible to Mike! He took my request last minute when I went elsewhere and their insecurity in handling a legacy computer made me do an about face and quickly search again for someplace else, while I cradled my 40lb all-in-one computer. I have a 25-year-old iMac from 1999 that needed fixing. Everyone else in NYC declined to explore or simply said it couldn't be done. Mike was the only one willing to take a look, and he fixed it perfectly. He replaced the hard drive quickly and even went the extra mile to install the correct vintage Mac OS for me. I have a 25-year-old iMac from 1999 that needed fixing. Everyone else in NYC declined to explore or simply said it couldn't be done.
