We recently purchased a lovely home under BrockandLori's experienced guidance. Lori and her team were fabulous -- going beyond expectations, even working Thanksgiving weekend. They were always optimistic, available, with sound advice. And we engaged in a roller coaster round of bids. Our first bid, 8% OVER asking, lost to a higher bid. That bidder dropped out. We then went through a thorough series of inspections at Lori's suggestion. Ten inspections at least. And they revealed -- some issues. So we withdrew our offer. Another bidder then came in, and they dropped out. The seller had experienced three bids all of whom withdrew. Lori worked her magic, guided us on another offer which was acceptable to sellers and to us as buyers -- a win-win. Final result we are thrilled with our new home, 6% LESS than the original asking price. Lori was a delight throughout. Her team, especially Danielle and Angela, were super organized and helpful.
