In 2016, we bought a Honda Pilot here. When we needed new tires we went there as well. Unfortunately, the car was totaled in an accident. Now, December 2022, we came back and found another Pilot! Gary is very professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable. We came back to Brick City Motors because of this. The staff is great and there because they love what they do. Their prices and cars are legit. (Not like some places that scam people) There was NO other place I would buy a car. I will be returning next year for a second car once I get my license.

Furthermore I would like to recommend brick city motors for your purchase of a used car because anything that happens with your car after the purchase they will gladly take care of you thank you guys for all that you’ve done to help me with the car that I love. I also would like to add that all the sales people there are willing to help you even if they didn’t get the sale and to remember that you are buying a used car and it will need service they also offer extended warranty for two years and within your first 30 days they will fix any issues with the car. I almost forgot. Brick City Motors ROCKS!!! I met Raul who sold me a 2007 Yukon that runs practically brand new. Made a few extremely minor fixes (because it’s mine and I can) and now it runs brand new. Thanks Raul and thanks to all that worked there to make sure I had what I needed for the price I was willing to spend. The mechanics are top shelf too.Wanted to add the puddles and stains underneath the truck belonged to the previous car. Not my truck.

The trade in was very easy cause it’s the same dealership I purchased the first car from. The second car engine wasn’t the best so they did what they could and put in a new motor for my car. Any time I called to check in on my car I was updated on what was done, what was going to be done and what parts needed to be ordered so the engine can finish being assembled.I showed up to pick up my car once it was ready and my car stickers were removed, my dash cam was removed, there’s white stains in the middle row on the floor carpet as well as my engine cover missing. There’s also scratches on the side of my car.I’m not sure why the inside of my car was messed with when the engine and the engine only is supposed to b

We didn't buy it that day but we went back yesterday and made our purchase. Everything went smoothly. They also have a mechanic and tire shop on site as well.
