Visitors will discover six galleries, a 1940s Victory Garden, and unique interactives and events year-round! Established in 1936. The Brick Store Museum was founded in 1936 by American artist Edith C. Barry (1884-1969) in an old dry goods store built in 1825 out of brick. As years went on, Barry purchased the remaining buildings on the block, and connected them all inside. The Museum campus now boasts six galleries, an archives and research center, and a program center in which educational programs and performances take place.see more
