First I want to thank Dave for putting together such an awesome team at Dart! Jeremy and Jesus made me feel confident in their knowledge and most important to me as a woman, their honesty. Jesus explained and showed me the reason I needed new tires and Jeremy made sure I got an incredible price! A week later my Ck engine light came on, I was in tears when I called and Dave got me right in. Once again Jesus took care to do the diagnostic (gas cap had not been sealed tight) and test drive it to make sure all was good. I wanted to share my experience with taking my 2008 VW Jetta to Dart, which had 308,000 miles at the time (a year and a half ago). My car had an issue that another shop couldn't fix—the engine wouldn't start—and it sat unused for six months before I decided to take it to another shop. I was hesitant because of the high mileage, but I knew the engine was still in good condition, so I decided to give it one last shot.I found Dart through a web search. I called them, took my car in the next day for an evaluation, and I believe Andrew was the person I spoke with. He said they could fix it. He mentioned the price, which seemed high but fair for a car with that many miles, but in the end, it was worth it. Now my car has 333,000 miles and has been running without issues since then. Very impressed with their knowledge and experience with European cars.
