I have an older Thermador oven which mechanically works well. A spring-loaded door hinge was damaged. Oleh did a great job of coming out within one day of my call. Assessing the damaged hinge, ordering the parts and completing the repair two days later. As an added bonus, he also helped me repair two of the stove top ignitors on the same repair call. Our dryer stopped working in the morning and we were able to get an appointment the same day. The technician texted to let us know his arrival time. He arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it and clean our device within about 30 minutes. He let us know the cost before starting the work.
