I brought my significant others dog to camp bow wow for the first time and she is very anxious and scared of other dogs and people. But she really enjoyed getting to know the other dogs and staff. As a dog owner I feel very comfortable leaving my dog in the care of camp bow wow middlesex. I don’t trust anywhere else with my dog! Jace can be skittish and nervous at times but he's always thrilled to see the staff and his doggy friends. Staff always pleasantly greets us and treats him like their own. My dog appears to be having a great time playing with other dogs when I watch him on camera. When he goes for sleep away services I send him with - pillow toys treats. It's nice they allow him to feel like home away from home when we travel. We have been using them since we adopted our dog 7 years ago and have no complaints. I love Camp BowWow! One of my dogs can be a little snarky but the staff is patient with her and she eventually turns into a sweet ball of mush. They are super prompt to reply to emails, the enrichment activities help break up the dogs day, and I am a big fan of the camper cams!

My dog LOVES Camp Bow Wow. When we bring him he runs in super excited because he gets lots of love from the staff and from his doggie friends. I also greatly appreciate that they separate small dogs from big dogs because surprisingly not all doggie daycares bother to do that. Beinv able to see him play on webcams is also a great perk.

Not only is the groomer some sort of dog whisperer but the products they used on my willow were amazing!! She came back sooo soft and smelled absolutely devine. Most other groomers just use cheap generic product , but one look and feel of your pooch and you know it’s the good stuff!! I sent 2 dogs to them, but my female dog is no trouble at all. My other puppy who is, to most, really difficult to handle gets sent back to me after 30 minutes of trying to handle him, but Wag Swag was able to handle him. I could tell by how he was speaking to my dog that he was going to be patient with him, so I’m grateful for that. It’s been a real struggle to find anywhere that would be able to groom my pup without him having to be sedated heavily. Awesome experience. Took my dog to another pet place and they said if I didn’t muzzled her they couldn’t serve us. She was scared and didn’t allow us to put a muzzle on her. Well, I did called Wag Swag, explaining the situation, my Shi Tzu was recently adopted from a local shelter. Deshaan told me is normal with adopted dogs, they got scared.
