I have used Dynamic Remodel twice in the past two years. My first project was a new roof, all new gutters, and siding for the front of my house. My most recent project was a new screened in balcony, utility closet, and siding for the back of the house. Phil and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and pleasant. They do an amazing job and take great pride in their work. I recently had my roof replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the crew was professional, punctual, and incredibly attentive to detail. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and kept me updated each day on what was being done. The workmanship is top-notch and the new roof looks fantastic, and you can tell it was installed with real care and precision. They protected my landscaping, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and left my property looking better than when they arrived. What impressed me most was their honesty and transparency. Phil was amazing and super accommodating. I was between a rock and a hard place due to my insurance company randomly telling me I needed to get my roof fixed. Phil not only helped with the roof replacement process from beginning to end, but he also helped with my insurance company, making sure I had the right info so I could put in a claim so the insurance would pay their fair share. It was a such a great experience, I’m going to have them replace my deck after the holidays.
