Carlos was wonderful. Scheduling was easy and I was surprised they could get someone out to my house on a cold weekend when I knew they were busy. Not only did he diagnose the problem promptly but we had a solution within an hour and restored heat by dinner time. He treated our home like his now. He was on task, tidy and friendly. She answered on a Saturday, was very polite, professional, and friendly, and communicated everything clearly. She kept her promises, followed up by phone and text, and arranged a same-day emergency appointment without any extra charges — which I really appreciated.Chris, the technician, was also fantastic. He arrived on time (even earlier than expected), explained everything about my furnace in a way I could easily understand, and patiently answered all of my questions. He fixed the issue and walked me through different options without any pressure.
