I would highly recommend Roger Ross for your plumbing needs. The appointment process was easy and their system was well organized. I have used them for installing a new hot water heater, as well as various faucet and pipe repair needs around the house. The plumbers who showed up were friendly and professional. All the work was done effectively and for fair prices.

Roger Ross Plumbing is truly the gold standard for service in Philadelphia. We needed an urgent overhaul of our home’s gas piping system, and Dan was phenomenal. He is an absolute expert who clearly takes pride in his craft - he was informative, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly how he was securing the manifold and grounding the system to ensure everything was 100% safe and up to code. The office support was just as impressive. Natasha helped coordinate everything in short order, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. Inquired about a thermal tank and they added it on at a discounted rate! The guys were quick and efficient! I’m so thankful for the same day service with fair pricing!
