We worked with Gina, Jamin, and Jose to renovate our bathroom and completely redesign and renovate our kitchen. The planning and design process was smooth. Gina was very helpful and patient as we thought through our options and we appreciated the line by line estimates for both materials and labor, which helped us to prioritize what we wanted done and stay within our budget. The project timeline was 8-12 weeks, and we were very close to that 12 week mark. They order all the materials ahead of time, so there aren't holdups waiting on some small item to arrive. We did move out during construction and the only communication was via a group text thread, which was frustrating at times. We had to ask certain questions multiple times and there was some miscommunication throughout. In the end, the results were amazing. Had a door to door guy show up because he was planning a job in the neighborhood you know how they are. He offered free roof inspections so I let him go up and do his thing by the end of it he sent me serval pictures no real details explains anything that constitutes a new roof but recommended it. So I called these guys to get a second opinion they sent Jacob out to do the inspection and while I was working when he arrived my wife had more details then I would have ever considered. He explains soft metal damages like your gutters that the insurance looks at. He took his time and while he found a few damaged shingles he also found that there was really only a small area where a repair/patch needed to be done. I was here for the work he was fast efficient and honest with me he helped by removing a dish that was mounted when I bought the house and repaired the holes from that as well. Colorado Homes & Design Remodeling was awesome. Jamin and his designer Gina had great communication and gave us a detailed plan before starting. Their workers were amazing—professional and kept the house clean. They handled our layout changes, moved a sliding door, and built a fence, and everything turned out great. Highly recommend!
