We hired Aya Cleaners to do a Post Construction Cleaning. After some confusion in terms of which service we would actually need, a crew came out and to be honest, they did not do what I would call “post construction cleaning” which costs more than a deep clean and left lots of dust and paint residue. However, we had a very good experience chatting with Maria who immediately made it right and quickly got Armando to come over to do a redo job. Armando was meticulous and speedy, his attention to detail was amazing. The post construction zone was spotless after his work and he even went above and beyond to point out areas that he felt the other crew could have done a better job on. If we ever need a deep clean or post construction clean, we will certainly be requesting to work with Armando again. Services Service not listed

We've used Aya for a few years now (we're in a 2B 2.5B with den) and have been very pleased with the results. Not just because they're reasonably priced, but they're incredibly flexible with our sometimes erratic schedule. Miguel R. is our regular cleaner and he's amazing. Aside from being kind and considerate and just an all around decent human being, he's also very good at what he does. He makes the most of the time allotted and when he's finished... my husband Mike and I just sigh in relief! We're currently in a furnished rental while our condo is renovated and during the tumult, had to pause service a few weeks. I can't believe we slept in this rental even one night without scheduling a cleaning. He just left and... like I said, ahhhh. Can't say enough about him. If you use Aya, and you should, ask for Miguel R.
