This place was wonderful. To start off, and to be truthful, I've been neglecting my oral care for years, my teeth are crooked, yellow and chipped and its embarrassing. I never cared much tho cause I had no pain. This passed week one of my molars (thats opwna dn exposed) started giving me SEVERE migraines, I didnt sleep for 2 days. Literally. So I call around and cant find anywhere, but this office, took my dental emergency and squeezed me in at noon, the same day. And im not one to give compliments easy or even care to write reviews, but going in I felt welcomed, it was fast, and I didnt feel judged, they were beyond nice, and Dr. Crump came in assessed my situation, mad a plan, didnt bs at all and extracted my molar, in under 2 minutes, if it was even that, it wasnt painful, there's no complications, and my pain is instantly gone. I cant recommend this place enough if u have a similar situation. 5 billion stars. What a wonderful team.im going back next week, to have the rest of my smi

Ive been going to Dr crump for 10 years. Whether its an unexpected fracture 3 days before my wedding, multiple root canals, or extractions, and anything in between, he and his team are of the highest caliber and will handle everything with the utmost professionalism and quality and i wouldn't reccomend anyone else but them.

So thankful for Dr crump. I have extreme dental anxiety and fear. He's kind, compassionate and reassures you, even commending you for showing courage to show up. I am never made to feel small for showing emotion, often with tears streaming down my face during even the most simple exam. I am respected and treated kindly. I have used the sedation option when I needed many teeth worked on and let me tell you, that's fantastic! But even if it's not in your budget, nitrous and kindness go a long way! Thank you for being my denstist for so many years now.

Dr. Crump & his entire team from before we even walked in the door booking the (same day emergency last minute appointment) with the girl on the phone, to the moment we walked out, we were extremely impressed! From the moment I called to the moment we left this was a 5-star experience. My 11 year old son had chipped his front tooth, almost in half. We couldn’t find anyone open and kept getting answering machines and no call backs. I finally, thankfully came across Boise Family Dental and was not only greeted by a real person but one who efficient, empathetic, and the calming voice I need in a stressful situation. They were able to get us in, had a seamless new patient process, and had a clean and comfortable place for us to wait. All of the hygienists were kind, conversational, and professional in an incredibly welcoming way. Once Dr. Crump came in, he assessed the situation thoroughly and quickly and though he had a fully scheduled day, was able to fit in a full procedure for my son. After seven years and half a dozen dentists, I've found my "forever dentist". Awesome people, from the ladies at the reception desks to Natalie my dental hygienist to Dr Crump, they were all awesome. Super friendly and nice people. Most of all they are professional, THOROUGH and very knowledgeable. Natalie performed the most thorough cleaning I've had in seven years. Dr. Crump thoroughly talked me through some issues I was having and helped me make a good decision, unlike my previous dentist. Love these folks. My wife will be switching to Boise Family Dental Care as well.

I’ve been going to Boise family Dental for a few years now. I’ve been able to schedule with the same hygienist(Enisa) the whole time, which adds to the extra comfort when you’re in a dentist office. I want to also give due credit to Enisa for being one of the kindest, easy going, and greatest hygienist I’ve ever had!! I’ve had phenomenal work done by their dentist, Dr. Crump, as well. He’s got a great personality and is good at putting patients at ease. Their offices are always clean and smell wonderful! Would 10/10 recommend them for your overall dental care facility.
