Raj was personable, professional, an absolute pleasure to work with! I went to Raj because the fans in my Alienware laptop finally went out after 4 years. Not only did Raj confidently address the issue but he also brought to my attention that the battery in my laptop was swollen and was a potential hazard. He made me aware that there were more issues than the ones I brought to him that needed to be addressed and as a full time student that needs my laptop for school I really appreciate him going the extra mile to make me aware of issues that needed to be fixed. Raj originally told me that it would likely be a week or so until I got my pc back but he was able to get the parts in and the repair completed in 4 days. I'd highly recommend Raj to anyone needing their computer repaired and will be using his expertise in the future.

Highly recommend! Raj is my new tech guy! Here’s why… The issue was that I was only getting 100mbps (slow) internet speeds to my computer connecting it straight to a 2Gig router. I had called and been to multiple different computer repair locations and most of them suggested calling the manufacture for a warranty or could not fix the issue. I checked the cable, updating drivers, and changing the settings and nothing. I called Raj and he took the computer for a few hours. He found a quick and easy solution to the connection issue. It only cost me about $20 to order the part on Amazon and it worked fine. I went from 100 mbps to about 2,500 mbps. He still offered a hand even afterwards to make sure it worked at home when I installed it. He definitely knows his stuff! Update: I went back a year later to get my computer dusted and cleaned. In addition, I had him check to see if I had any viruses or bugs on my computer. He took care of it immediately. Still a high recommendation.

Raj was a friendly and did a great job identifying the issue with my laptop. He also was able to install a new drive into my desktop with a new windows OS with no problem. Best part was this was all done the same day!

Raj is incredible! I live in California with my elderly mom living in Boise - he came to our aide immediately! Raj is an incredible person! He is a great communicator, professional, helpful and patient, timely, and truly a blessing. He kept me abreast of what he was doing with my mom which brought me solace being so far away. Raj with Boise Computer Care was excellent to work with. I had a complex issue with my gaming desktop that he was able to diagnose and fix within a couple hours. He was great at communicating the issue and really knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing issues with their computer.
