Specialties: European Style Pastries, Bakery, Coffee & Espresso Established in 2017. We started our business as Bohemian Bread in 2003. We sold bread to the co-ops for 12 years, while we opened a very tiny shop on Sundays only on our property in East Calais. In 2016 we decided to stop our Sunday "in the woods" bakery and make move to Montpelier. We opened on Barre Street in February 2017.
