I have become a frequent visitor of this nutrition stop for a protein smoothy after workouts. The owners as the absolute sweetest people and have such a neat little set up inside. Shakes, smoothy bowls, protein waffles and energy and health teas for a few ideas of what they have.

Just went there. The best smoothie I've ever had. 10/10 that place needs Keith Lee. They need to upgrade in protein bars if they're gonna be charging 3 bucks though. That jit worth at most like 25 cent. Definitely going back to try a protein Waffle. Great customer service and comfortable chairs. Nice music and great atmosphere.

Beautiful shop that smells amazing. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their products. They have an array of options, I got the Beach Boom Energy Tea and it was delicious. I will be going back tomorrow to try one of the protein bowls and another drink.

Very cool little smoothie place, right next to harbor freight. Very European vibe, techno be jamming in there. But the lady that runs it , is super cool and nice. Can get military and 1st responder discount. Drinks are good a wide variety of drinks too. My new favorite place after swimming at the aquatic center.

Lovely decor and health oriented drinks and food. I only ordered a Caramel Frappe iced coffee and it was pretty good. It had a strong coffee flavor which I’m a fan of. My main gripe is that I asked the person working if they knew the macros of some of the other foods and they seemed clueless. I primarily asked because some of their menu items had Nutrition listed while others didn’t, so I expected them to have all of them. Really friendly folks though

First time visiting and will definitely return. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. I like that the smoothies are not milk based, as I have dairy restrictions. I got the blueberry protein bowl, an energizing tea and a protein bar. The bowl was very filling and it was delicious. Very excited about continuing to come to this place.

In love with this place!!! The owners make the difference, and you can tell they prepare everything with love it's so delicious! We had the mango/pineapple smoothie bowl on another visit. It was delicious!!! On this visit, I had the pineapple/mango tea, and it was sooo refreshing! If you are in the area and need a bite to eat, this is the place to go to. Also loved how the owners take the time to really talk with you and explain everything they serve! This place is a gem, please go support them and keep them in business. We will be back!!!
