Came in one day to fix a flat tire and turns out my bike needed a lot more work then expected , Grimaldo was able to address all of my problems in a timely manner and went above and beyond to work with my budget and to make sure I left there with a fully functional bike again. I bought 2 bikes at a police auction that had multiple problems - I took them here and they are like brand new! The price was great and they were ready exactly when they said they would be. On a side note, while I was there - a couple shady seeming people were trying to sell them a couple brand new bikes in boxes and the owner turned away the people and asked them to leave. This made me feel really good about the integrity of the shop.

My husband bought some items here and talked to the owner about bikes, and seems very knowledgeable.My husband said he would trust him with service on his "baby" if he needed.Also he has every Sunday a group ride for anyone who wants to join.My husband will likely go one day.To the other reviewer who complained about customer service, I can't imagine what he means by poor service, this guy was so nice and helpful. Perhaps that reviewer had a snob-attitude problem.Call him if you have any questions.

I have been bringing my bike and my wife's and daughter's bikes here for many years now. This shop was recommended by a close friend. She told me it is the best place. I see a few negative reviews that say he does not know bikes. Realize the owner worked at other bike shops I know of, these other shops told me how good he is. The owner also rides and fixed bikes all his life and he loves bikes. Say whatever else you want if you feel you had a bad experience but let's not pretend this man does not know bike's. As for me, this is my go to bike shop.

These few people putting bad reviews not right . The owner is at the shop one on one with coustomers answers questions and comes up with solutions to your bike needs. I went there had a great experience I got my tube tiers for my rim and got a chain and quick releases he also helped me come up with a solution for my brakes . I love this place I will go back tomorrow to buy more parts for my bike. 🚲 you are the best thank you
