It's taken me a while to leave this review just because life has been busy. So here it is... When it first reached out to Blue Mountain Roofing, I received an estimate that turned out it was way off. How did they handle this? Blue Mountain roofing owned up to the issue, was honest about what had happened and we worked together to resolve it. We're all human, and we all make mistakes. When mistakes are not systemic - and this clearly was not - how a company handles this is what separates a mediocre company from a great company. The job went on to completion and I would rate the work as excellent. The foreman and crew (all great guys) showed up on time, kept me informed at every step, addressed any concerns I might have, and did a terrific job. I will definitely do business with Blue Mountain again and I strongly feel you will be in good hands if you do the same!

This review is long overdue, but a few months ago we were dealing with a persistent roof leak that had plagued us for years. We’d called numerous roofing companies for quotes and inspections—everyone seemed to have a different diagnosis. Then we met Monty from Blue Mountain Roofing. After his inspection, Monty admitted he couldn’t pinpoint the issue right away, but he described every detail the other companies had noticed—without us mentioning them. That transparent honesty and thoroughness gave us real confidence in his expertise because it didn't feel like he was trying to sell us on something he wasn't confident was the solution. He explained that patching wouldn’t be a lasting fix and recommended a full tear-off and replacement (which some other companies also had recommended).
