The home I wanted to sell needed some updating and repairs, after they were done they took this home to a level that was unbelievable. We had over 10 offers in one weekend. Blue Juniper completed several repairs and upgrades in preparing our home to be sold (they were also our realtor and successfully sold the house). BJ was professional, courteous, responsive, and kept their word. When an unexpected issue or expense occurred, they were quick to identify a reasonable solution and/or explain the pros/cons of options available to us. We have dealt with MANY general and sub-contractors. Most of them lacked integrity, provided poor quality work, were consistently late or didn't show, and flat out lied to us. this was not at all the case with BJ. It is rare to find a general contractor that you can really trust; who function with integrity and also care about their clients. Blue Juniper fits that bill. Highly recommend!

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to after our recent experience. We had AC contractors do some repair work on our AC unit and they happened to completely ruin the finish of our hardwood floors in many spots. There was some type of cleaner or oil dripped on the floor that completely ate through the finish and was deep into the hardwood floor. We first called multiple professional cleaners and hardwood contractors to see if they could remove the spills from the hardwood floor and perform a reasonable repair. After several visits, we were eventually told we need to have the floors replaced. This is in a home that was just built 7 years ago. We were quite anxious but reached out to Blue Juniper Construction and were quickly given appointment options to have the floors looked at. We hired Blue Juniper to make repairs and renovations to our kitchen, bonus room and patio. They performed quality work and completed the work on time with no overages.
