I am prepared to provide childbirth education, relaxation techniques, physical (non-medical), emotional and informational support to women and their partners during pregnancy, labor and birth, as well as to families in the weeks following childbirth.
I offer a loving touch, help with non-medical positioning, comfort measures, utilizing self-hypnosis, yoga training, and my experience to aid childbearing women and families to help them feel cared for and nurtured.
