5-Star Emergency Service Review for Biltwell Roofing We woke up this morning to heavy rain pouring down, and when we walked into our front living room, we discovered a leak in the ceiling. I immediately started to panic—it was Saturday, a major storm was forecasted for the entire week, and all I could think about was the potential damage to our ceiling, carpet, and even the electrical wiring. I remembered a friend recently telling me how happy she was with the professionalism and customer service from Biltwell Roofing, and she had given me the number for Steve, one of the owners. I called right away. The customer service representative said they would try to schedule someone to come out for an emergency visit, and within an hour I received a call from Steve himself. From the moment we spoke, he put me at ease. Steve at Bilt-well Roofing installed my parent's roof when they built their house 35 years ago. The roof is still in excellent condition. If there are any leaks that occur (like this year's heavy rains), Steve's team is on it on the first phone call. I just spoke to him today to get his advice on how difficult my insurance company is being to renew our policy. I trust his judgement on roofing matters, and he is always available when I call.
