They helped me find a light, speedy, and comfortable urban commuter fitness hybrid bike at my price point with all of my must-have features. I've biked around Louisville and southern Indiana over 1700 miles so far this year and was looking to upgrade from the heavier medium Giant Cypress used bike that had served me well but I'd outgrown. There was no pressure other than to find the right bike. After multiple visits and test rides and bike adjustments to get just the right fit, I purchased the large Giant Escape 2 with hydraulic disc brakes and swapped in an adjustable stem for the more upright, leisurely, and long-distance city touring I enjoy.
