Not only did I get a great deal but all the staff are super nice. I had a issue with my dropper seat post so I took it in this week. I didn't get all the usual accusation type questions associated with repairs / warranty issues you'd expect with most shops. They simply asked what was wrong, checked it out and replaced it while I waited. Normally warranty issues require weeks if not months of back and forth with the manufacturer and time without a bike. These guys take that on themselves so I get to keep riding. This is above and beyond what you might expect and for that, I tip my hat to these guys. I had hit some trails with friends a year or so ago using one of their bikes and had the time of my life and have been wanting to purchase my own ever since. The weather has finally broke so I decided to shop around for a new mountain bike. I walked into the shop and was immediately greeted by a very enthusiastic young woman named Nira. She jumped right up and began helping me look for the bike that not only I wanted but one that would work best for me and my needs. Once we decided on a budget she showed me a few bikes. We settled on the KHS Sixfifty 7200. Nira also helped me find the "must have" gear to get me started and suggest a few equipment upgrades for the bike that would make it even more of a joy to ride. I currently live over an hour away from Middletown Cycling, and although there are closer shops to me, I always make the drive to Middletown due to their great customer service and large selection of merchandise. I have bought two bikes and countless accessories from Ross and his staff, and they always do a fantastic job of making sure that I am well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend going to Middletown Cycling for all of your cycling needs!
