Visit our website. Established in 1968. Bike Peddler Cycling & Fitness has been an established business for more than thirty-five years in Greeley, Colorado. The business was founded by Clyde Lane and his family in 1971. In 1983, Bike Peddler was purchased by Bill and Nancy Waller. During Bill and Nancy's ownership, they focused their efforts on providing high quality bicycles and exceptional customer service. They built a very respectable reputation as Greeley's best bicycle shop. In 1990, Bill and Nancy decided to sell their business to a regional bicycle chain called Cycle Logic. However in 1995, Bill and Nancy re-purchased the store. In 1996 and 1997, Trek Bicycle Corporation honored Bike Peddler with the 'Award of Excellence' and the 'Award for Outstanding Achievement'. In 1999, Velo Business Magazine ranked the Bike Peddler as one of the top 100 bicycle retailer stores in the nation. The same year the Chicago Associated Bicycle Dealers Association awarded the Bike Peddler as 'North America's Best Dealer'.
