The cost was significantly less than any other quote but the service was great.At the NYC end it was almost a next-day pick-up. The predicted wait was around 10 weeks and I think it was 11 on the dot when our items arrived to our new apartment in Spain.Once we had left NYC, Michael Stein handed us over to his European counterpart (Bogdan) - who couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. Always quick to respond and reassuring that everything was going smoothly.The two guys who eventually delivered all our boxes were incredibly polite and helpful and everything arrived safe, sound and in one piece.So a highly recommendable experience in all.

I shopped around looking for a moving company I could trust with moving some furniture and other household goods to the UK. I have heard a lot of horror stories about shippers who underperform. I have to say I was very happy with the service I received from Inter Movers LLC -- especially from Alex and Michael on this side of the Atlantic, and Bogdan on the other -- who were helpful, responsive, and most importantly: HONEST with me. I had a bit of an issue at the end with one of their sub-contractors trying to add an unexpected fee but Michael intervened and made good on that issue. I highly recommend this company for your shipping requirements.

I was initially drawn to the company by the positive reviews and their great responsiveness before pickup. However, one packages went missing and the experience became a bit stressful. The main issue was with the insurance: claims must be submitted within 45 days of delivery, but I couldn’t file mine in time because it took a while for the company to confirm that the missing package was actually lost. As a result, my claim was denied—even though the delay wasn’t my fault.That said, I really appreciate that the team took responsibility and ensured I was reimbursed. They were helpful and communicative in the end, and I’m genuinely grateful they made sure the situation was resolved. :)

I want to highlight that Michael Steiner at Inter-Movers was a true professional throughout the process; he was responsive and dealt well with the various issues that arose during a complicated transit.The Positives: The delivery from Rotterdam to Paris was handled by Dalmatica. Despite what felt like some stalling in the middle of the process regarding scheduling, the actual crew was courteous and professional upon arrival. Everything was delivered intact, and the count was complete.The Challenges: Customers should be aware of two major points:Volume Discrepancy: I had measured my inventory precisely at 100 cu ft at pickup. However, once the goods were in the company subcontractor's possession, the measurement was revised to 138 cu ft, resulting in an increase in costs. It is apparently standard in that business but unpleasant nonetheless.Logistical Delays: My goods sat in a warehouse in the Netherlands for sever
