Even with a small hiccup, we knew we were in good hands: A piece of our furniture didn’t fit into the truck, without hesitation, Chantel let us know that they would come back to get it after unpacking at our new home. After a long day of moving in and out, not to mention, there were 3 stories on both ends, they returned to the 1st location to pick up the furniture and move it to the new location. Amazing!They had their own materials, including bubble wrap, drop cloths, and plastic shrink wrap which they used to protect our furniture. They also disassembled/reassembled our furniture with care.
