Karen, who helped administratively, was super responsive and helpful with outlining everything leading up to the date. When the guys arrived to help move, they were very polite and were able to get everything packed up so quickly. I didn’t have to lift a finger, and they took care of everything in half the time we planned on. I have a fair amount of things that require particular handling, and there were no issues with transporting them. I usually only write reviews when I experience customer service that goes above and beyond what I feel is the norm and in this case, Tera Moving excelled. Our movers were professional, efficient, communicative, and kept all of our belongings safe and intact. I would especially like to thank Tera's administrative staff, namely Karen, for being so helpful and personable. From the minute she responded to my moving request I knew I chose the right company and didn't have anything to worry about. Karen remained in contact with me throughout the week keeping me updated and responded to all of my questions. I truly appreciated it and will never forget how accommodating and considerate Karen was. If I move in the future, I will definitely be using Tera Moving again.

The guys were quick, put everything in the right place, and did an overall great job.The reason I cannot give 5 stars is because of the mishap I experienced yesterday.My move was scheduled for 1:30pm, they did not show up to my storage unit until 4:15pm.My building has a policy that the move needs to be completed by 5pm or they start to charge you $100/hour.It all worked out in the end they were done by 7pm, but it was extremely stressful.I’d recommend that if you have time restrictions to schedule the morning appointment.Even though this happened and I cried in my car for 2 hours with the management company of my building yelling at me… I’d still recommend Tera Moving because Karen is a pleasure to work with and the guys are quick & efficient.

I have moved many times between the two coasts abs have used multiple moving companies. Tera is by far the best one I’ve used! They communicate quickly even out of standard business hours, they will respond to your requests. They loaded everything the truck so fast and efficiently. I had no damaged items, they boxed and wrapped everything and were so fast and professional. Unloading was also a breeze. I would DEFINITELY use them again and also recommend them. They went above abs beyond abs helped me take a mattress out of my car I couldn’t lift abs brought a box upstairs I couldn’t lift either and helped to secure my new car license plates using their drill. Amazing hard-working movers! They are so affordable especially for the quality of services they provide. I had a big move and they took care of everything including disassembly/assembly and had extra boxes/tape for loose items. My move was for 9am and they showed up early at 8:30 am ready to go. They were so friendly and professional and kept their promise of the quote they gave me plus the added 30 minutes it took. They were transparent throughout the whole process from the original quote, to the very end of the move. I’m so happy with my experience and will use them again in the future! Definitely recommend!

Tera moving is 10/10! We scheduled a move for 9 am, they were already at our apartment by 8:30 and were done by 10:30! They were so careful with delicate items and even provided their own boxes and tape for us. All the men were very polite and such hard workers, they took apart our couch, big bed frame and kitchen table. Would definitely recommend using them, they charge a flat rate thats cheaper than the rest and are so professional and helped relieve so much stress from us with the move! Wow the team did an amazing job- from start to finish. I spoke to Karen & David on the phone, they were so professional, kind and great listeners. We had 4 workers help us move from 2 different locations and everything was handled with care and done in a very timely manner. There was no additional haggling or issues with payment as everything was communicated up front and flat hourly rate even with a few extra boxes used.The communication could've improved leading up to the move day as it felt I had to reach out a few times to get validation after initial deposit but if you don't mind that then don't worry about it. I was very lucky to run into ‘Tera Moving’ by chance, I approached David as he was finishing a job near the new apartment we were moving into, he was very nice and worked a deal out with me, it was worth every dollar.
