I took my bike in for a tuneup up. It was 3-4 years old. They found a tiny crack in the carbon fiber frame. The bike manufacturer offered a new frame, under warranty, but they no longer made a frame that was compatible with the rest of my bike. The Bicycle Pedlers got them to give me a brand new bike of similar quality and they adjusted it so that it would be more similar to my current bike. They handled everything, and I didn’t have to pay a dime. I’m very impressed with the customer service.

Ruth is the kind of proprietor that you would like to see in every shop and store you enter. Knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She of course also sells top line diamond frames and services them as well as the Ice Trikes she sells. My wife and I recently moved to Georgia and I will miss the shop and going in.

I called, spoke to Cam and explained that my front wheel was locked on my Aventon E bike Level 2 Commuter . Cam explained how to troubleshoot over the phone, and it worked 😃! He could had easily said to bring the bike in to look at, and charge me, but he didn't, and I am very thankful. I will be using this shop for future bike repairs 🌺! This kind of customer service is rare these days.

He continued to be very responsive, answered all my questions, worked with us a bit on price and shipping costs, and made the purchase of the bike and shipping it to us a smooth process. Bike showed up quickly after being shipped and in perfect condition. Great service. Highly recommend!
