I literally have no clue about bikes- I just know my tires kept deflating. I walked in and told a very nice employee that I suspected there were holes and he let me know he would try putting new tubes in. He was very helpful about what exactly he would do and the cost, and it took only 20 minutes! He very kindly adjusted my handle bars as well and it felt like a brand new bike!

TL;DR the new shop on Roosevelt has awesome staff who are responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with questions. I highly recommend them for bikers of all skill levels. Had bolts falling off my rear brakes that I noticed were stripped. The online appt scheduler was 2+ weeks out and I had an upcoming vacay that I wanted to take my bike on, so I called the shop and spoke with Max. He had immediate knowledge of the brake issue with my Trek and told me to swing by with the bike same-day. He must've been on break or something because he immediately lifted the bike and started inspecting it even though I noticed plenty of bikes needed to be worked on; his diagnosis over the phone was correct, looked up my BGI purchase in their system and saw it was under warranty, ordered new parts and told me they'd call or text when it was ready. The only delay was the brake manufacturer's shipping (over 1 week) because the parts were delivered and installed the same-day by BGI. I was really impressed a

Liam tuned up and replaced a few parts on my 13 year old bike. It rides like a dream now! I can’t believe how smooth and silent it is. The customer service from Liam and Nathan was wonderful. Nathan also helped my children find new helmets. He was great at making sure they got properly. Both Liam and Nathan were very friendly and professional. I love the downtown BGI. I am always happing stepping into that store.

The service department here is top notch. They performed a warranty repair for me and kept me updated on issues through the whole replacement. I have had tires installed here in the past. The mechanics were quick, and helped me select a set when the ones I wanted were out of stock. BGI is very supportive of the Indy bicycling community, so that is an added bonus on to of their great mechanics and service.
