Matt called to tell me when he would be arriving. He showed up and gave me a price for my thermostat of $325.00. He went to get the part. Came back and started working on it. In about 20min, he came out and showed me 2 bands that had been broken. Now it was $365.00 Charged me for the parts only. He vacuumed and cleaned all in the inside.He was very quick and polite. I got another estimate which was about the same so I'm guessing it was a fair price. They are certified so you have to pay more for the pros. I was very happy just to be able to use it again. I was able to book and Best Price was able to come next day to fix the issue, which was a belt since it had torn.
