Bought a dress for my daughter at Macy’s on Saturday (12/20/25). The zipper froze after she tried it on at home and I had to rip the zipper open so she could get out of the dress. I took the dress to British Custom Tailors on Saturday at 2 pm and explained that we bought this dress for my daughter to wear to my father’s funeral on Monday (12/22/25).
