From our first contact with Shelly Phillips (an outstanding, professional realtor with a big heart) to Mark ,our project manager and the many subs and workmen we have met daily; it has been a pleasant experience. I spent the last 35 years of my working life as a building inspector, building official and civil engineer. In all those years I never witnessed a better constructed, more thoughtfully designed home. We have been onsite daily and the workmanship, materials, attention to detail and the organization and prosecution of the work have all been first quality. It was due to an error on the part of a contractor we hired for a shower bench. The entire Berkeley team beginning with Joe & Jenna to Tom our super on our house all the way down to their subs are top notch. We have built homes with other builders in past but by far hands down, the entire building process to servicing minor warranty items months after moving into our dream home, no one else compares. This is even with taking over a year to design the house to making multiple changes during the process, they were extremely accommodating. We have friends who had their homes custom built by other builders even say what an amazing quality job Berkeley building ours. Elena was very helpful and went beyond to help us understand our home and make things right. We appreciate the whole Berkeley team and are proud to be living in a house built by them. Update March 2025: We experienced an issue with our shower tile loosening due to flex in the subfloor (our home was built during Covid). Berkeley listened to out concerns, checked the problem, and worked directly with me to get it fixed out of the regular warranty period. I have tremendous respect for a builder who listens to their customers and stands behind their work. I felt valued as a customer. I won't soon forget how well they handled things for me.

Very positive experience With Berkley Homes as a sellers agent. My clients purchased their Berkley home in June 2021 and they are selling it to move out of State and during an inspection a broken truss was found and I contacted Berkeley Homes to see if they provided a structural warranty. I received a call back within minutes and they put their customer care manager on it for me. Elena was so professional and so quick. She placed me in contact with the truss company who responded so quickly and they had a team out there the following morning and the repair was made and a detailed report of how it was fixed and pictures were provided. I have worked with many builders in the valley with broken truss issues over the last several years and it’s been a long process and very difficult to get them to stand behind their work. I cannot say enough positive about the integrity and promptness of Berkley Homes and their partners in handling this situation. Thank you so much!
