The service throughout the entire process was outstanding. Adam at the NYC showroom was especially great. incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what we were looking for. We visited the showroom multiple times, looked at countless slabs, and never once felt rushed or pressured. Adam really took the time to understand our needs and helped guide us to the right choice. Despite all the back-and-forth (mostly on our end!), the process ended up being very smooth and well-coordinated from start to finish. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the installation was seamless. Highly recommend Bergen Marble and granite if you’re looking for top-quality stone and a professional, friendly team that truly cares about getting it right.
