I originally made an appointment to get something notarized for my BLS appointment for a student visa. Making an appointment online was quick and easy. When I called with a follow-up question, I was delighted to find out we could do the whole thing online. Eric put me at ease through the process and had everything ready, so it only took a few minutes. When I later found out I needed an apostille too, I was able to make the arrangements easily and my documents were ready ahead of schedule for me to pick up. It ended being the easiest, most pleasant part of the whole visa application process.
