Technician honest and helpful. Got heater working but mentioned it could be a board problem but said wait and see. Got back to our emergency call quickly and arrived when promised. We switched from another provider and are happy we switched. No charge for coming out when it wasn’t fixed permanently the first time but am confident it will be fixed.

Our furnace stopped working around 9:30 pm on a cold night, and we immediately placed a call to Beebe for after-hours service. The on-call technician, Damien, arrived within approximately an hour and set to work. He didn’t give up until very, very late, but unfortunately was not able to acquire an essential part even after 2 trips out to search.
