Staff have always been super helpful! Doug helped me repair my Canon AE-1, which no other camera shop in the area was able to do. Great selection of film and odds & ends as well.

Doug. B and Olan were super nice. My CF card was stuck in my camera and they got it out without damaging a thing. I highly recommend this camera shop.

I’m very new in photography and got an add on flash for a Fujifilm that I couldn’t for the life of me figure out. I looked up a camera store near me and found this place. On a busy Saturday, the gentleman helped me set up my flash and explained how it all worked. Also got a small bag that was perfect for my camera!

You won't be disappointed walking into this store! Formerly known by another name, the new owners of this camera shop have revamped what's available for purchase, rental equipment (& what they don't have they can help procure through an online rental store), prints, and more! They have standard size prints available currently, and have in-store shopping workspace for specialty items like mugs, metal prints, wall art, etc., by using one of their two work stations. By the way, there is an app (BedfordPix) you can download to do this at your leisure, should their shop be closed. The folks working the day I stopped in were phenomenal: Doug, Olan, Phil and Sito were welcoming and friendly, as well as a font of information. Bedford was simultaneously having an event with vendors from Sony (Chris), Canon, Nikon, FujiFilm, and KEH (Dan), was onsite for trade-ins to upgrade or otherwise offload unused equipment for voucher/check. They also offer financing, something that was not available p

My son acquired a 90 year old Kodak Retina ii and wanted to see if it would work, so we brought it to Bedford. I wish I would have caught the young man’s name that helped us. He spent quite a bit of time with us, in the middle of a Saturday, showing us how to use it and explained all of the different settings to get the best results out of it. We can’t wait to go back and develop the film.

Yyooo! Finally, a great camera store with tons of great equipment! I stumbled upon this store while visiting KC because I was having an issue with my camera. The staff here have serious expertise and we're super patient when answering the thousands of questions I had. They have tons of cameras, lens, bags, straps and drones, binoculars, etc. They literally have anything you could possibly need, whether you're an amateur or a pro. Sito was so kind and listening to my concerns and made recommendations based on my personality and purposes for camera use. In addition to new equipment they also have a selection of refurbished camera and lens.

I can’t begin to tell you all how amazing V is! I came in to purchase a lens and accidentally picked up an APS C lens no one’s fault but mind. I came back and had the smoothest transaction into getting the proper full frame lens. V made the experience amazing and truly you can tell they have an incredible passion for photography which makes me always want to ask more questions as they seem to be a wealth of knowledge. Service like this is what makes me buy local versus ordering online.

Grateful to have this store in the Midwest! Olan and Sito recently secured a brand new lens for me that is currently back ordered for months everywhere else. Between trade in programs and incentives you can’t beat the prices. Always worth dropping by to see what they have going on!

Sito Colon fixed my camera within minutes and provided great service! Was in and out quickly and he gave me great advice on proper care for my camera. Amazing place, has everything you need, will definitely come back for future repairs and necessities!
