Yoga private sessions and group instruction, crafted for individual circumstances. Established in 2008. Dana created Be Here Now Massage.Yoga.Bodywork.LLC in 2008. She has always had a driving interest in the mind-body connection. This led her on a journey into the world as a certified massage therapist, Thai yoga bodywork practitioner & teacher, and a student and teacher of yoga. Her goal is to share the light that these modalities have brought to her life in order help cultivate physical and mental wellness in others.
Dana has had a phenomenal journey, studying both in the US and in Thailand. She feels it is an extraordinary privilege to have access to such talented teachers, not only in the classroom, but the people she encounters every day. She likes to incorporate music, lightheartedness, and whimsy into all aspects of life. She believes intensely in the healing power of yoga, touch, of meditation, and of chocolate!
