I recently purchased a car through Carvana at BBC Motors. I live in AL. As a first time out of state buyer I didn't know what to expect buying a car from TX. Sight unseen. I made my inquiry to the dealership and the very next morning someone called. Randall was very patient with me and explained how everything would work. Working with Craig in finance was a breeze too. He got me a better rate than what I was pre-approved for by my chosen lender. Every body I worked with was very professional. The price of the car was fair and reasonable. And I was definitely shocked at how fast it arrived. I expected at least 4-5 business days. I had it two days after purchase. The level of professionalism and seamless process helped put my mind at ease. Thank you to everyone involved in my purchase.
