I didn’t know a real estate agent in NYC, so I did what one does and called most the numbers from Google. Jay answered really fast and he was communicative. He got back to us at the times he said he would, which I can’t say of any other real estate groups I called. Alexia was assigned to be our agent, and she has been amazing. She is patient and kind and showed us or attempted to show us all the houses on our list on very short notice. The reason why she didn’t show us all the houses was because the sellers real estate agents weren’t calling her back, so no complaints here. She answered our texts, calls and emails really fast. She is really knowledgeable and she fought for us to get the most out of the sale. She really went above and beyond. I really can’t sing her praises high enough. It won’t make her justice. I recommend 100%.

Highly recommend! I recently moved to NYC and worked with Alexia Duquin to find an apartment. The experience was fantastic. Alexia was professional, warm, and patient—an excellent partner in the search for my new home.
