My delivery driver yesterday was Mike and he was the coolest ever! Great attitude and care for the flowers/arrangements and just genuinely nice all around … I love Bagoy’s and the ppl that take great care of the beautiful flowers and create amazing flower works of art for us … I’m very proud and would like to also shout out my auntie/mama Maria who is an amazingly talented designer in my heart and eyes and many more I’m sure!!! thnx for being awesome Bagoy’s!!! -ChaCha

10/10 customer service, I was helped by a worker named Julie and she was heaven sent with a mix up with my order. someone give her a raise🙂↕️. The flowers were beautiful and the delivery driver was very understanding. Thank you bagoys. give that driver a raise too!

Initially the phone conversation was pleasant and I was assured the designer would take care of it and follow my instructions for a pastel arrangement but it went downhill from there. However after a couple of conversations and photos my faith in good business still does exist. They were completely wonderful in helping fulfill my expectations. Thank you Bagoy’s for turning this around for our birthday blues! Stellar customer service.
