They are really skilled and transparent! My car had intermittent issue, and other mechanics did not even try to regenerate the issue. On the other hand, Josh and his team asked us to provide detail of issue and what they need to do to regenerate it. They spent few days to regenerate and investigate exact root cause. As the name suggests, he truly is honest. He doesn't do anything without your consent to do so. Shows you exactly what's going on with your vehicle. Offers suggestions / options (doesn't bully like other places) on how to proceed. Uses OEM parts for the warranty if possible. And treats you like a human being. He also keeps you informed throughout the entire process from start to finish. Nowadays everything is expensive. Especially when it comes to repairing our vehicles. Their full car free diagnostics was very thorough and included pictures which I really appreciated. For a second time The Honest Mechanic serviced my HONDA CRV Touring. I was very satisfied (happy!!!) with the results. Joshua and his staff did an outstanding job last week. . Why? Josh emailed me an invoice, ( based on the codes listed on my car dashboard.) He cautioned me that that the amount could change based on his assessment. (I heard ‘More $$$’ ??) Josh scheduled the work within a few days, he assessed the car and he modified the invoice. The cost was LESS than the estimate. One item could wait until this summer.
